The New York Jets have been locked in for 2024 once the regular season ended in Foxborough with a 17-3 win over the New England Patriots in Week 18.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been rehabbing relentlessly as he looks to come back from a torn Achilles. The New York Jets opened up voluntary offseason workouts on April 15 and the 40-year-old was in attendance.

The Jets' official Twitter posted Rodgers walking in wearing a hat, sunglasses and a hoodie while smiling as he approached the facility.

Over his last couple of years with the Green Bay Packers, Rodgers wasn't attending their offseason programs but that hasn't been the case in New York.

Last offseason, Rodgers attended each voluntary practice that he could have and he's off to a similar start this year.

Even though they will just be attending meetings, working out, and rehabbing, Rodgers has made a point of emphasis to be in the building.

The Jets added Tyron Smith, Mike Williams, and Haason Reddick to raise the floor of this roster. Getting into the building early in the offseason helps build chemistry and rapport with your teammates.

This is especially important since the Jets are looking to snap its 13-year playoff drought. GM Joe Douglas and head coach Robert Saleh know they are on the hot seat for the 2024 season as they need to win.

Having your superstar QB in the building in April shows the dedication spread throughout the organization for an uber-important 2024 season.

The Jets believe they have a championship roster and have made some tweaks in the offseason. With Aaron Rodgers returning, they should make the playoffs and could be a dark horse for the Super Bowl.
