Despite both teams having underwhelming seasons, this should be a fun game. The two future franchise quarterbacks, Sam Darnold and Daniel Jones, face off for the first time in what could be a long rivalry.

This game could be close, with Darnold and Jones each given chances to go on a game-winning drive. Without Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram to rely on, the Jets defense could pressure Jones down the stretch and force him to make throws outside of his comfort zone. Final Score: Jets 24 – Giants 21.

New York Jets vs. New York Giants. Welcome to Thunderdome where two teams enter and every fanbase leaves. It’s actually pretty funny that you have both teams clearly needing to rebuild and both GM’s making win-now moves. The most shocking thing about the G-men giving up two draft picks for a guy they could have signed at seasons end was that it was the Jets that fleeced them.
I’m sure Adam Gase and company will ship both picks off to the Redskins for Trent Williams after the season and the circle will complete. This is the NFL equivalent of crossing the streams. I predict a 0-0 tie and the return of Zuul.
