Dallas Cowboys:

2017 Finish: 9-7, missed playoffs

Coming off a 13-3 season in 2016, last offseason, Dallas was seen as the Eagles of this season. A young team with a stout roster looking to repeat as NFC East Champions.

But with Zeke suspended six games in the middle of the season last year, it really put a halt to their season.

Dallas’ roster is still strong, but they will still be chasing Philly.

Dallas’ defense is still very young. Guys like Byron Jones, Taco Charlton, and Demarcus Lawrence will be looked at to produce along side veteran linebacker Sean Lee.

The only real key additions for Dallas is veteran DE Kony Ealy and first round pick Leighton Vander Esch.

Their offense will have a different feel this season. The subtraction of Dez Bryant to this offense has given you the perception that this is Dak and Zeke’s team.

The additions of Allen Hurns and Tavon Austin will look to be an upgrade for Bryant.

First round pick Connor Williams will look to add to an already great offensive line.

These two will still be behind the Cowboys most established units. The offensive line is still loaded with pro bowl talent.

Outlook for 2019 for the Cowboys is a Projected Record of 8-8.

With a 9-7 finish last season and missing the playoffs, the Cowboys will look to make there way back into the playoffs.

Dallas wont win the division and will be fighting for a wild card spot. Their roster is solid so a lot will be on Dak Prescott to lead this team in year three.
