Is Aaron Judge’s strikeout streak something to worry about?
Aaron Judge continues his strikeout streak, and it leaves Yankees fans with a burning question… Is it time to worry about Mr. All Rise?
Aaron Judge is one of the best talents in the New York Yankees lineup, but recently, his strikeout numbers have gone up.
Judge is riding his worst streak of the season. He has struck out in over 20 straight games, but his home run numbers are right there. Is he finally being exposed for the hitter he really is?
The answer is no.
Judge is exceeding every expectation anyone set for him at the start of the year. What he did from the beginning is nothing short of remarkable, but everybody goes through slumps.

I don’t think the league has, “Figured Judge out” by any means.
I just think he’s a little outside of his swing right now.
Joe Girardi put it best in his post game interview last night. He said the biggest thing he is worried about with Judge is keeping his productivity up. If his power numbers are there, and he continues to get his walks, the strikeout numbers will go down.
Aaron Judge is going to be fine.
There is no need to worry about him, but if he doesn’t find his discipline soon, then he might have to make some changes.
Judge is still one of the best hitters in the Yankee lineup, and most of all, he’s a leader. He may be young, but he is going to be a leader for a long time.
So this strikeout streak is nothing more than a slump, but because it’s Judge, it is amplified.
