March Madness: How To Watch Virginia Cavaliers vs Florida Gators
March Madness is upon us. The Virginia Cavaliers and Florida Gators will face off in the Round of 32, and we have all the information you need to watch.
March Madness has not been as crazy this year as it has previously. The major conference teams were able to, for the most part, avoid any big upsets in the first round. A lot of the favorites based on Las Vegas spreads moved one.
Two of the teams to avoid upsets in Round One were the Virginia Cavaliers and Florida Gators. The fifth and fourth seed in the East Region played in the upset special game, as 12 and 13 seeded teams have become popular upset picks in brackets.
Both Virginia and Florida were able to overcome their first round matchups, but not without some hiccups. Virginia defeated UNC-Wilmington 76-71 but trailed by as many as 15 points in the first half. Florida led the East Tennessee State Buccaneers by only one at halftime but pulled away in the second half to win 80-65.

Virginia and Florida will now meet up with a trip to the Sweet 16 at Madison Square Garden on the line. Both teams will be missing key pieces in the game tonight. Virginia forward Isaiah Wilkins is doubtful because of an illness, while Florida has been without center John Egbunu for a couple of weeks because of a torn ACL.
The Cavaliers will need another strong game from senior point guard London Perrantes to get past the Gators tonight. He scored 24 points in their first game. Marial Shayok picked a good time for a career-high, scoring 23 points as well.
For Florida, Devin Robinson had a monster game. He scored 24 points with seven rebounds to lead the Gators. If Florida is to knock off Virginia, they will need a better game from KeVaughn Allen, who shot 1-of-11 against East Tennessee State.
Which player will step up this time to help lead their team to victory? We will have to watch and find out. Don’t know where to find the game? We have all the information you need to know before Virginia and Florida tip off tonight.
