Due to the season being over for the Jets, it is now time to see young players develop. One of those players is rookie wide receiver, Robby Anderson. Since training camp, Anderson has been well-known by Jets fans as an exciting young talent.

To start the season, Anderson was obviously lost in the shuffle when the Jets had all of their wide receivers healthy. In recent weeks, Anderson has been more involved in the offense, and we have seen some nice things from him.

In the loss to the Colts on Monday, Anderson had arguably his best game of the season. Against the Colts, Anderson totaled four receptions, 61 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown. Despite the good statistics, it could have easily been better for Anderson.

When Petty came in relief of Ryan Fitzpatrick, Anderson instantly became the go-to wide receiver for the Jets. There were some misses by Petty on throws intended for Anderson, as he was targeted 12 times in the game.

The 49ers defense is simply not very good. Most teams have been able to either throw, run or both at will against them all season. While the Jets will likely not light them up on offense, we might see a good game from some players on offense.
