Vucevic Destroys The Knicks

A big reason the Magic were able to pull out the victory tonight was because of the performance that Nikola Vucevic put on tonight. Vucevic was unstoppable on the offensive end of the court, as the Knicks had no answer for him.

Vucevic scored a game-high and season-high tying 26 points on 13-of-19 from the field as he did whatever he wanted offensively. He showed off his midrange jump shot, and also had an array of moves in the post. Robin Lopez had no answer for him, as he was the one defending Vucevic throughout most of the night.

Whenever the Knicks needed to get a stop, the Magic would go in to their horse Vucevic and he would deliver. Tonight was the third straight game that he topped 20 points, as he is playing some really strong basketball at the moment.

Tonight he also added nine rebounds with two assists, two assists and one block. Lopez did his best to try keeping pace, scoring 12 points with eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks, but Vucevic was just too much to handle tonight.
