Honorable Mention For POTG

After the tragedy this week in Paris, it is hard not to root for guys like Kevin Seraphin and Alexis Ajinca, two players that represent France in international competition. For the Knicks, Seraphin came ready to play and he looked inspired to play well to represent his country.

Seraphin was inserted into the rotation today after not playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and he came up huge for the Knicks. He played only 14 minutes, but was able to score 12 points in that time span. He showed off his array of moves in the post, making mincemeat of Anthony Davis on a couple of occassions down low.

While scoring is what he does best, Seraphin also added three rebounds, two assists and one steals for a very productive afternoon. He was playing with a heavy heart, and the game was obviously not the most important thing today for Seraphin, but it was nice to see him come out and help get the Knicks a victory.
