The New York Knicks will be hosting the Milwaukee Bucks tonight at Madison Square Garden. It will be the second time these two teams face off against each other, as they played on opening night. The Knicks were able to win that game surprisingly easy, blowing the Bucks out 122-97.
It was a great start to the season for the Knicks, who clicked in every facet of the game. While it was obviously a strong victory, they were not facing the Bucks at full strength, as they were missing a number of key pieces. The Knicks were not without missing pieces as well, but the Bucks did not have two starters.
A win’s a win though, and the Knicks deserve credit for beating who was in front of them. This was still a road game for the Knicks to start the season against a team many people are expecting to take another step forward this season, so even with some missing pieces it was a strong win.

Some of those missing players will be back this time though as the Bucks will be looking to exact some revenge. Giannis Antetokounmpo has returned from suspension and picked up right where he left off last season and looks like a superstar in the making. Jabari Parker has returned from his ACL tear last season and continues to work himself back into shape. They will still be without sixth man O.J. Mayo, who is battling a hamstring injury.
The Knicks are relatively healthy, as their only missing piece has been Arron Afflalo, who is also missing time with a hamstring injury. There is a chance that he makes his debut tonight against the Bucks though, as long as there were not setbacks in practice Thursday.
After the whooping the Knicks put on the Bucks the first game of the season, you know they will come to play tonight. Will the Knicks be able to handle that and get their first victory of the season at Madison Square Garden? We will have to tune in and find out.
