Week 4 of the NFL season is in the books and that means it’s time for the fourth edition of the NFL Power Rankings.

There are a few teams that have shaken off slow starts to get themselves back into the thick of things, and there have been teams that haven’t met expectations at all in 2015. There is still a lot of football to play, but we are starting to get an idea of who the good and bad teams are going to be this season.

The NFL Power Rankings will start off with a new team in the dreaded 32nd spot, as the winless Detroit Lions now have that honor.

32.) Detroit Lions (0-4)

The Lions are the only team in the NFL without a win, and while they are not the worst team on paper in the NFL, they are the worst team in the standings. In their fourth loss of the season, the Lions’ offense wasn’t able to get anything going against the Seahawks’ defense. Calvin Johnson doesn’t appear to be an elite wide receiver anymore and the Lions still can’t run the ball. The fumble by Johnson to lose the game in Seattle may have been a true turning point in his career.

31.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3)

The growing pains for Jameis Winston continued in Week 4, as he made a lot of mistakes in the loss to the Panthers. In the third loss of the season, Winston totaled 287 passing yards, two touchdowns, and four interceptions.

One positive for the Buccaneers in the loss was that Doug Martin was able to have a very nice game on the ground, as he totaled 106 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.
