R.A. Dickey has found his form

Not too long ago, the Blue Jays traded for another Cy Young award winner in R.A. Dickey. The Mets got quite the haul for their Cy Young, but in Toronto, Dickey hasn’t come near that level of pitching.

After a poor start to the season, Dickey has seemed to find his groove finally. Since June, Dickey has seen his ERA drop every month, and so far in August he has pitched like the pitcher we saw on the Mets.

Against the Royals, Dickey threw seven shutout innings in a win, and on Friday against the Yankees, he pitched very well again. In a no decision against the Yankees, Dickey pitched seven innings, allowing just one run on six hits.

Having Price on the team will help the Blue Jays a lot, but an improved Dickey can turn them into one of the better teams in the AL. Dickey continued to look great against the Yankees, and the Blue Jays may have a great top of the rotation if Dickey continues to pitch well.
