Following last night's thrilling 130-121 win over the Indiana Pacers, the New York Knicks have ruled out OG Anunoby for game three. This news comes after he suffered a hamstring injury that kept him out for the rest of the game.

This is obviously a huge blow for New York. The team will now be without Anunoby, Mitchell Robinson, Bojan Bogdanović, and Julius Randle. Moreover, Jalen Brunson is questionable with foot soreness.

It's going to be hard for the team to continue to stack up the wins against this Indiana team with their key pieces now sidelined.

Ian Begley of SNY has stated, "It is unclear just when Anunoby will be back on court."

"Late Wednesday night there was pessimism internally about Anunoby's availability for Game 3 of Knicks-Pacers on Friday. That pessimism remained earlier Thursday morning, as Anunoby's sore hamstring is feared to be more than just a cramp."

The injury appeared to happen on a fast break play where the forward attempted to go for the layup, eventually grabbing at the back of his leg after failing to make the play and falling out of bounds.

Before getting injured, Anunoby had recorded 28 points while also grabbing four rebounds and three assists. New York seemed to be in control for most of the game before the injury occurred. They were able to go on a huge run thanks to Anunoby's contributions that had helped the team early on.

It will be interesting to see how the team adjusts its rotation without their star player.
