4. Matt Breida

Considering his drop-off in play in recent years, it's worth wondering if this is the end of the line for running back Matt Breida.

The undrafted RB began his career on a great note, recording 1,902 rushing yards and another 561 receiving yards over three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. However, his production has never even sniffed those levels since leaving the Bay Area.

Dating back to the 2020 season, Breida's failed to post 260 rushing yards in a campaign, and he even had a pair of sub-200 efforts during this four-year stretch -- including the 151 he put up with the Giants in 2023.

It's no wonder why the market is nonexistent for an aging (just turned 29 years old) running back who's failed to do much of anything noteworthy lately. Considering the draft-heavy emphasis front offices have put on the RB position, Breida may lose his NFL job to someone entering the league in 2024.
