3. Giants Felt They Left Day Two With All Holes Filled

When Joe Schoen and his staff were recapping day two of the NFL Draft, Schoen said he felt the team filled all of their needs already.

Schoen mentioned they got their number one receiver in Nabers, their top edge rusher in Brian Burns, their top safety in Tyler Nubin, and their top nickel in Andru Phillips. We'll have to see how this class pans out but, it's hard not to be excited about how the Giants faired in the NFL Draft.

4. Theo Johnson Was One of Brian Daboll's Favorite Players

The Giants needed to add to their tight end room and it is clear heading into the NFL Draft who Brian Daboll loved when he spoke about Theo Johnson to Joe Schoen. New York's staff seemingly loved him as several scouts got to be around him and fell in love with the player.

5. Is Offensive Coordinator Mike Kafka Out in New York?

Mike Kafka explored his options this offseason by interviewing for head coaching jobs with the Tennessee Titans and Seattle Seahawks.

It has already been rumored and reported that Daboll has been calling the plays even into training camp. Shane Bowen gave his input on the defensive selections during the draft segments. But, offensively, the Giants turned to Daboll, while Kafka wasn't asked for any input.
