The Giants open their centennial season on Sunday afternoon against the Minnesota Vikings, and while Big Blue fans are excited for the season to return, a lot of work still needs to be done. General manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll have worked all offseason to build the best roster leading up to kickoff; however, this Giants team will look a little different than in previous years.

The Giants brought in several emerging stars through the NFL Draft and a busy offseason in free agency. Schoen and Daboll were actively building a new and improved offensive line to protect veteran quarterback Daniel Jones, coming off an ACL tear suffered last season. They drafted promising weapons on offense to fill holes left by former Giants and acquired help on defense to put the team in the best position to win in 2024, but it all starts this Sunday. That said, let's look at four new Giants players who will dominate their New York debut this week:

4: Jermaine Eluemenor

The Giants prioritized bolstering their offensive line this offseason, acquiring Jermaine Eluemenor, Jon Runyan Jr, and Greg Van Roten. Last season, the Giants ranked as the 29th-best offensive line in the league ahead of last season, with the Seahawks, Cardinals, and Titans behind them. With the additions this offseason, we can expect a lot of improvements, but there is still a lot of work to be done.

With Runyan Jr and Van Roten expected to start at both guard positions, Eluemenor will take over for Evan Neal at right tackle. Neal has struggled to stay healthy and has not performed well the last two years with the Giants. The former first-round pick will not start at RT for the G-Men to start the season. Whether or not he will get playing time is to be determined, but we can expect Eluemenor to take his snaps and perform well.

Last season, Eluemenor played 905 offensive snaps and finished with a 68.7 rating on Pro Football Focus. The veteran lineman has experience playing guard and tackle and can be moved around if needed. He also has experience working with the Giants' new offensive line coach, Carmen Bricillo. They were with the Las Vegas Raiders last season, along with Van Roten.
