The New York Jets know how important this offseason is. Last year was a wash as soon as Aaron Rodgers went down with a season-ending Achilles injury.

They need to significantly improve their lackluster WR unit. Garrett Wilson is the only reliable WR on the team and the Jets know it. Besides Wilson, no other receiver on the team recorded more than 311 receiving yards in 2023.

They can't roll into next season with these type of playmakers and there are some quality weapons in free agency that New York should think about bringing in.

Below we'll discuss three low-cost wide receivers that the Jets can still snag in free agency.

3. Odell Beckham Jr.

We all know that Odell Beckham Jr. isn't the same playmaker he was in his prime. But the Jets are all-in for the 2024 season and a player like Beckham Jr. fits the bill.

The 31-year-old WR was close to signing with the Jets last offseason before the Baltimore Ravens blew him away with their offer.

Beckham Jr. and Aaron Rodgers have expressed the desire to play with one another and this could be a great opportunity.

The LSU product would be asked to be the third option in the passing attack and help take some pressure off of Garrett Wilson.

Although Beckham Jr. isn't as explosive as he used to be, he still knows the soft spots in the zone and can make plays vertically from time to time.

Last season, he finished with 35 receptions for 565 receiving yards and three scores.
