3. Michael Clemons

Defensive end Michael Clemons was selected in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He was brought in to be a rotational piece on the defensive line. However, Clemons has been an average player since entering the league.

The Texas A&M product hasn't provided juice as a pass-rusher and is ordinary against the run. New York could trade Clemons for a late-round draft pick which could be valuable. This regime has also shown its ability to develop defensive players like Michael Carter, Bryce Huff, and Jermaine Johnson.

New York can afford to move on from a defensive lineman as that is one of the deepest position groups on the team.
