3. Yankees Win The AL East

Surely it won't be easy, but the Yankees do have a shot. With the latest addition of Juan Soto and Alex Verdugo the team does have a strong chance of winning the AL East title. Alongside other determined competitors, the Yankees are poised to reclaim the top spot. It's hard to envision this team not having a better season following a disappointing 2023. The only barrier that would stop the Yanks from getting anywhere closer to a division title is injuries. New York needs to stay healthy for the most part of the season to get to where they want to be at.

4. Aaron Judge Breaks His Own Home Run Record

Aaron Judge has a chance to achieve something very special in 2024. If he can stay healthy, there's a decent chance he can break his own home run record. Unfortunately, he couldn't do it last year due to an injury that cost him 42 games. This season I predict Judge will break his own record, something that hasn't been done since Babe Ruth back in 1921 when he managed to hit 59 home runs.

5. Yankees Call Up Spencer Jones Mid Season

Having shown an impressive performance thus far in spring training, I predict the Yankees will call up their top prospect Spencer Jones mid-season. So far the highly-ranked prospect has been making a huge impact with his power bat, headlining the All-Spring Breakout teams. If he can continue this trend once the minor league season begins expect Jones to get promoted somewhere this season.
