Route 2: Giants trade with the Raiders

  • Giants trade: Round1, Pick No. 4 (PV=1800), Round 4, Pick No. 100 (PV=100), & 2021 Round 3 pick (PV= approximately 190). TOTAL PV = 2090
  • Raiders trade: Round 1, Pick No. 12 (PV=1200) & Round 1, Pick No. 19 (PV=875). TOTAL PV = 2,075

Round 1, Pick No. 12 — Jerry Jeudy (PR=6.77), Wide Receiver, Alabama

Depending on who you ask Jeudy may even be considered the top wide receiver in this draft class. The Giants could use a No. 1 receiver and as coveted as this young man is, Giants fans would hope he could fill that position for many years to come.

Round 1, Pick No. 19 — Patrick Queen (PR=6.71), Linebacker, LSU

I don’t watch a lot of college football but from the numbers he’s smaller, less skilled and less athletic than Isaiah Simmons. He’s only 6-foot-1, 227 pounds, but does have great speed and explosiveness. His combine numbers are: 4.5 second 40, 35-inch vertical, and a 10-foot-5 broad jump. He might not be a perennial pro bowler, but could be a quality starter for years to come.

Now for the two moves I WISH the Giants would’ve made … but they didn’t.
