Wide Receivers

Wide Receiver: Stefon Diggs, John Brown, Cole Beasley, Andre Roberts, Gabriel Davis, Duke Williams

Cuts: Isaiah McKenzie, Ray-Ray McCloud, Robert Foster, Isaiah Hodgins, Nick Easley

One of the deepest positions on the Bills will certainly lead to the most competition and the toughest decisions. Stefon Diggs, John Brown, and Cole Beasley are locks to be Buffalo’s top three receivers. This top three is one of the best in the NFL, and certainly the best in the AFC East.

Andre Roberts will make the team with the sole purpose of being the punt and kick returner, and Gabriel Davis is a rookie with tremendous potential, and I believe he will show that in the pre-season and grab a roster spot.

The last roster spot in my opinion will be between Duke Williams, Isaiah McKenzie, and Robert Foster. I believe Williams wins this spot because of his production late last year as he proved to be one of Allen’s favorite targets, especially in the playoff game against the Texans where he led all Buffalo wide receivers with 12 targets.

McKenzie and Foster have had a few chances to shine with Buffalo and haven’t been consistent options. The Bills did like using McKenzie in some end-around plays, but I can see them using Andre Roberts in that position this year, instead of just solely as a returner.

The tough cut will be rookie Isaiah Hodgins who the Bills just drafted. I believe they see Hodgins as a future weapon, but with the limited time in pre-season, I don’t expect him to make the team.
