Quincy Enunwa excited to play again

As most people know, Quincy Enunwa’s season ended almost as quickly as it started. In the opener, he injured his neck again. Enunwa is excited to back again this year and is considered another valued weapon of the Jets offense. The way he runs with no fear of contact is a unique trait of, something that Enunwa clearly learned from Brandon Marshall’s tenure with the team.

Enunwa is making progress through his rehab and is excited to play football again this year. As we all remember, there was a disagreement between Enunwa and the Jets organization when he was fined $27,900 for skipping physical therapy. The receiver was not pleased and went to social media to express his frustration with the team.

In 2019, lack of communication was a huge issue within the New York Jets organization from the front office down to the players. On the surface, it appears that Douglas may have settled any bad feelings between Enunwa and the team. That is a good sign and shows that management wants to keep a good working relationship.

Hopefully, Enunwa will be ready to go this season and can stay healthy. With him, Crowder, whoever the Jets select in the draft, and hopefully Anderson, the wide receiver core would be in good shape for Darnold.
