Many people claim to be diehard New York Knicks fans. Let’s see if you can name these ten former players without looking at the end of the article.

OK, New York Knicks fans, you think you know the team.  EWB’s Teresa Powe has put together a quiz that will test your knowledge of Knicks players and team history. The Answers are at the end but no peeking. Also, don’t count on any of the videos or pictures to help, they may be there to fool you. Here is a free hint, Isaiah Hicks is not one of the answers.

Remember to put your score in the comments.

Question 1

The Knicks were not my first team. Nor were they my second. I’ve been known as a bad boy and a bully. Sometimes even with my coaches. I am a three-time All-Star. I played five seasons with the Knicks averaging 18 points, four rebounds, and four assists per game. As a Knick, I went to the playoffs three times. I was also suspended by the NBA for a year. Can you guess who I am and why I was suspended?

Question 2

I was the number one draft pick in my class, although I wasn’t drafted by the Knicks. I played five seasons in New York’s Madison Square Garden. I averaged 12 points per game, nine rebounds and four assists. During my time at the Garden, we went to the playoffs four times. I averaged 13 points per game and five rebounds during the playoffs.

My Knicks team was gritty and didn’t take any mess off any other team. We didn’t get to the Promised Land but we could see it as Eastern Conference Champions. I believe I played on one of the finest defensive teams ever in New York. You might also know my Grandmama.
