Question 4: The prospect I look forward to seeing the most in pinstripes.

The Yankees have some very impressive prospects scattered throughout their farm system. Some of who have already made cameos in the Bronx. With a team as loaded as the New York Yankees are, it will be hard to crack the main roster.

Voting came down two a man race and it was very close. The players who finished at the top are ranked as the Yankees numbers one and two prospects by MLB Pipeline.

Third Place: Clint Frazier (OF) – 21.4 percent.

Some Yankees fans love “Red Thunder” and others not so much. There is however no denying he’s got a big-league bat with lots of power in it. His glove has left much to desire at times. If someone is going to break through at the Major League level in the Yankees system, it will be Frazier.

“ If red thunder can keep his comments to himself and get better defensively, I believe he can be a huge contributor to the team.” – Robert Long

Second Place: Jasson Dominguez – 31 percent

MLB Pipeline has Dominguez ranked as the Yankees second-ranked prospect and baseball’s top international prospect. He better be, last year the Bombers spent almost all of their international signing money on him. His $5.1M deal is the most they have ever spent on an international player.

"Scouts have been raving about the Dominican’s package of tools for years, with some saying it’s the best they’ve ever seen from a teenager on the worldwide market. He’s a long way from reaching his ceiling but has earned comparisons to the likes of Bo Jackson, Mickey Mantle and Mike Trout. – MLB Pipeline"

First Place: Deivi Garcia – 33.3 percent.

The Bombers top prospect, Garcia has mad skills. He possesses advanced control for a 20-year old and throws a nasty curveball. His second-best pitch is a low-mid 90s heater which should get even faster as his body matures a little more. In a game for short-season Staten Island last June, Garcia struck out 15 of the 18 batters he faced that night.

“ A great deal of the team today is homegrown, and it has been extremely enjoyable watching them all come up. Deivi looks to be the next real deal pitcher, and I am excited to see him come up and dominate (hopefully!)” – John Michael Simco

Others receiving votes: Estevan Florial and Mike Ford.
