The New York Giants may be looking to add draft picks but which of their players are worth anything?

This New York Giants season hasn’t been anything to write home about. The struggles of the offense are still very apparent. The struggles of the defense are still very apparent. Currently, Big Blue looks like a high school freshman still dealing with growing pains and unsure of everything.

The G-Men are young and have much room to grow and mature. There have been some mild bright spots this year. This team was never built to compete for a Super Bowl this year and honestly, the playoffs are a pipe dream. But in the lowly NFC East Division, Big Blue could still fight for something.

As bad as they’ve played in 2019, the New York Giants are only two games out of first place. It says tons about the whole division that the Giants are still able to fight for a playoff spot with only the Cowboys slowly starting to pull away.

The New York Giants have hitched their wagons to Daniel Jones and well that would make sense after taking him with the sixth overall pick. Jones stepped on the scene as the “King of New York” after winning two games. However, the rapid regression he is showing gives a strong pause.

Big Blue has hit a skid road and the defense looked horrid against the last few weeks. While Daniel Jones and Co. looked equally as terrible turning the ball over regularly. Not to mention all the sacks Jones takes because he holds on to the ball way too long.

At 2-6, the Giants are now at that point they should start looking even more towards the future.  It’s time to examine the draft choices coming out potentially in 2020 and 2021. To prepare properly, some veteran players may need to be traded for draft capital. Here are a few players who could help other teams and benefit the Giants.
