New York Knicks players fans should look forward to watching

The preseason has shown many new wrinkles with this young New York Knicks team. There are several exciting players for fans to see.

Many New York Knicks fans already know, this year’s team is filled with many one-year signings, all fighting for the chance to make a case for themselves. Some are looking to prove they are worth a large contract while others are out to show that they are good enough to compete with the NBA’s best.

One thing is for certain that this Knicks team is extremely scrappy. They will show more fight and tenacity night in and night out, all-season long. The final scores of preseason games are meaningless. It was more important to find out who fits with who and to sort out a rotation.

When the season tips off for real, Coach David Fizdale’s team will compete. So far, the veterans proved that they can lead this young team. Also, a handful of the young players showed they can keep up.

Although there is plenty of work to be done still, the days of embarrassment over the on-court product at MSG have come to end. Even if injuries occur, the talent on the roster is enough to compete. Opposing team’s stars won’t be leaving for the locker room in the middle of the third quarter.
