The New York Jets travel to the city of brotherly love to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in a crucial Week 5 matchup.

The New York Jets did not lose a game last week. They also did not play a game last week. Early bye weeks can usually kill the momentum of a season, especially if you start off on a winning streak. With the Jets, it could not have come sooner.

After the offense got embarrassed in New England two weeks ago, taking the time to reevaluate the team is what Adam Gase needed. Gang Green is sitting at 0-3 just above the Miami Dolphins in the division. Their franchise QB is finally starting to get healthy, but it looks like Sam Darnold will have to wait one more week.

The Jets wide receiving core is much worse than the struggling offensive line. Quincy Enunwa is done for the year with another neck injury and Demaryius Thomas, who they traded for, has been a letdown.

There is a glimpse of hope. Gang Green’s defense and special teams have been solid for the season so far. If Darnold did not go out after week one and the offense performed better, maybe this would be a different article. Maybe the Jets would be 3-0?

Will there be more turbulence for the Jets offense this week? Let’s find out on this week’s fantasy breakdown.
