The New York Jets are one of the more intriguing teams in the NFL going into the 2019 season. So what can we expect out of the new-look Gang Green?

The New York Jets had a fantastic offseason, from signing one of the best running backs in the NFL in Le’Veon Bell, a wide receiver in Jamison Crowder and redesigning their uniforms, it has been a very eventful six months for Gang Green.

The Jets have a chance to do something they haven’t done since 2010, make the playoffs. That may seem like a huge stretch for a team that had the third overall pick each of the past two seasons, but it is the truth.

The Jets reloaded their offense by signing running back Le’Veon Bell and wide receiver Jamison Crowder and their defense got even better with the additions of this year’s third overall draft pick, defensive tackle, Quinnen Williams, free-agent linebacker C.J. Mosley, and others.

Gang Green is currently in the best position they’ve been in since 2010 to make the playoffs. Behind Sam Darnold who now has a year of experience under his belt, the New York Jets have a real chance to be a threat in the AFC this upcoming season.

Darnold played very well in his rookie season last year as he threw for 2,865 yards, 17 touchdowns and a completion percentage of 57.7%. With this in mind, one could only assume he would improve in year two especially with a new target to throw to in Jamison Crowder.

The question is, how will Crowder fit in with the Jets where he will most likely have a much bigger role than he did in his four seasons with the Redskins. That is yet to be seen and only time will tell, but here are a couple of things fans can expect out of the Jets in 2019.
