New York Giants: Full Mock Draft-filling the roster with the best talent
The New York Giants and General Manager Dave Gettleman need to make this draft work or they could be doomed. Here is my version of what they could do to bring in top talent.
The New York Giants have gone through Free agency moving pieces around like a chess player at a speed tournament. In the short time span from the start of the new league year the Giants have taken a few small risk high reward players and resigned them for next season.
In that time frame General Manager Dave Gettleman has taken it upon himself to situated the locker room making several trades to get ride of some players that no longer fit the model that he is attempting to build in New York. Understanding the hardships that have been faced in recent years, the Giants will undergo a transformation.
Dave Gettleman has gotten rid of most of the high-priced talent and has opted to start fresh creating a team of mentally tough, family oriented, bullies. As Ironic as that may sound, that is the makeup of a powerhouse football team. The New Giants have one eye towards the future and the other towards a culture build.
Yes I understand that it may hurt right now to not have Odell Beckham or Even hurt a little to lose Vernon, however…man up! This is a business and neither of those players could stay healthy long enough to help us win 9 games over the past years; so on to brighter and better things.
The night is always darkest before the dawn and the Giants are in the Darkest part of the night in their rebuild. The best part for Giants fans and Brass alike is that the forever struggling Offensive line is young and almost complete and now we can refocus on reloading the rest of the team with play makers.
