4. Boomer  Esiason

Our number four choice is one that most of New York is quite familiar with. Boomer Esiason  is known in New York these days as the co-host of the WFAN morning show. However, some of us remember his time with the Jets in the 1990s.

One attribute Esiason has possessed all through the years is a solid head of hair. Heck, he has been long since retired and still has a mane that many of us wish we could have.

Boomer always looked sharp. With baseball cap on, with nothing covering his head, and even when it just came out of a helmet, his hair always looked good.

He had, and has, a full head of hair. It was a thick hair, one that the ladies could run their fingers through. The blond color made him look very distinguished as well.

The biggest negative for Esaison was the hair style. It was a little bit too 1980s with the “mullet”. He never really modernized it enough for it to make a difference. You have to love the mullet to rank him higher and we just don’t.
