New York Jets: Previewing the Buffalo Bills with co-expert John Carroll
Young Under the Radar Player
AS: Give Jets fans a promising young player that the Bills have, that we might not have heard of and tell us about him?
JC: The Bills are full of young players. Since the offense is struggling so much, it is easy to say the Jets only need to focus on Buffalo’s defense.
A name I would say to watch for is WR Zay Jones, who had his career game at Met Life Stadium last year before getting hurt in that game, but he is not the most promising second year player.
The answer to that question would be Matt Milano.
Milano is one of those player who Bills fans love because he is all over the field. There is not a thing the kid cannot do. He is top three on the team in both tackles and interceptions. He has a knack for being at the right place at the right time.
He plays a lot of snaps and is rarely the reason why the Bills give up points. He is far from a household name, but he is a grinder and is capable of making plays on any given drive. Milano might be useful for the BIlls in a game vs. the Jets that will likely come down to defense.
Here is a bonus, if you do not know who Bills corner back Tre’Davious White is, familiarize yourself with him because he is another stud, but he gets more often than not gets the respect he deserves in terms of knowing how outstanding he is.
