The New York Giants head South to face the Atlanta Falcons in their second straight non-Sunday game. The Giants are coming off a mini bye-week and still searching for that elusive second win. So, who should we watch for?

The New York Giants are in a position where they are far from the best football team. They don’t even have any type of chemistry right now.

However, they are in a weak NFC East and still have a fighting, mathematical chance to win the division.

What must happen first though is a win against the Falcons. The Giants are still winless vs the NFC this season and something must give soon if they want to avoid becoming a national joke once again.

The Giants will play the Atlanta Falcons in this week’s edition of Monday Night football. Say what you want about the matchup, but know both team are in need of a win.

The Falcons are 2-4 and crumbling slowly before our very eyes, maybe even more so than their opposition in the blue helmets on Monday night.

However, any team with a QB like Matt Ryan and play makers on defense that are all still a few years removed from going to the Super Bowl, is a threat to win.

The Falcons are banged up without Devonta Freeman. However, they still have play makers like Julio Jones who has been out of form lately, but still a top-tier WR in this league.

I wouldn’t expect this game to be won with ideal defense. Perhaps it’ll come down to who makes fewer mistakes or has the ball last.

The Giants offense has not played well enough to succeed in the NFL this season, but there is still hope with the talent they have.

With the basics out-of-the-way, let’s start this off right with the first player to watch vs the Falcons on Monday night.
