New York Knicks or Brooklyn Nets, who will be the better team?

Depth
As mentioned in the beginning of this article, the Brooklyn Nets run incredibly deep.
They have nine players that can contribute on any NBA roster. They lack a star player that can place the franchise into the playoff conversation.
The Nets can hope that players like Caris LeVert, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, D’Angelo Russell and Jarrett Allen can take big steps forward.
I do believe that Spencer Dinwiddie is the one of the most underrated players in the league, having been second among eligible players in assist-turnover ratio.
The Nets can throw so many lineups out, it is incredibly hard to predict. There most used lineup last year, played an average of just 14.6 minutes per game together, good for 59th of all eligible lineups in the league.
A team would want a lineup that played more minutes together, but with no star player, the Nets can’t afford that luxury. Throwing new lineups at different teams is a good second option.
The Knicks do have a star in Kristaps Porzingis . He’s injured, so they don’t have a star. The team runs very deep at guard. In fact, they have too many on the roster at the moment, over-saturating the back court.
Advantage: Nets right now.
