Week 17, 2015

It was the first year for head coach Todd Bowles. “Fitzmagic” was alive and well and living in Florham Park, NJ.

Ryan Fitzpatrick was on his way to his best season as pro. The Jets were riding high on a five-game winning streak, including an overtime win over the Patriots the previous week.

The Jets record was 10-5 and if they won this game they would return to the playoffs for the first time since 2010.

Unfortunately, the Jets never led in the game. They were down 16-7 at halftime. They got close, as an Eric Decker touchdown reception made the score 19-17 late in the third quarter.

However, Dan Carpenter‘s third field goal of the game came in the fourth and put the Bills up by five, 22-17, and that was how it ended.

These were just five of them. There are plenty more. The game from Thursday night really doesn’t come close to making this list. Let’s all just relax and move on to Jacksonville.
