Darius  Slay

One of the biggest thorns in a rookie quarterback’s side is a veteran cornerback that can force him into errors. Darius Slay is just that type of player.

This young man is just hitting his prime as he is only 27 years old. Last year was a breakout year for Slay, with eight interceptions and 26 passes defended. He was named to the Pro Bowl and as a first team All-Pro.

He had previously posted two interceptions each year of the previous three. Slay can find the football at a moment’s notice.

Next. Sam by the numbers. dark

Look for him to go up against Robby Anderson or Quincy Enunwa. Those will be interesting matchups to watch in and of themselves.

However, also look for him to try and disguise what he is doing and goad Sam Darnold into mistakes. He will try to trick him into making throws that he shouldn’t make.

Be ready for what he will be doing or it could be a rough night.
