New York Giants: Three bubble players who should make the final 53
The New York Giants preseason is over and the final roster is almost ready to be fully set by tomorrow. The Giants played overall well during the preseason. But, who stood out just enough to land themselves a job?
The New York Giants are lucky they beat the New England Patriots twice in the Super Bowl because Thursday nights loss to them in the final week of the preseason was brutal.
The New York Giants have an overall solid first team unit. They drafted well and have perennial play makers who could either break out and score every play or set them up to on offense alone.
On defense, the Giants still might have one of the best run defenses in all of football.
But, this preseason something still had to give and the players, despite not being all that different on the surface from last year, must still acclimate to all the changes in the new regime.
So, with all the talent the Giants already have this preseason was used to put the finishing touches up on all the dept the team will need going forward.
Without Odell Beckham Jr and Saquon Barkley playing for a majority of the preseason this was a good trail for many players to show what they can do in a bigger role.
So, with all factors considered, there is still only room for 53 players. Some more might be coming off the streets soon too.
So, using this preseason alone who are three players that earned their way onto the Giants 53, lets start with one who we have previously talked about on this site.
