Jason Croom

Jason Croom picked a great game to shine this preseason. Aside from Josh Allen being named starter for the game against the Bengals in Week 3, Croom ended up being the best story from that contest.

But, what he probably cares about more is that he will likely be on the 53 man roster after being on the bubble for most of training camp.

Considering he barely did anything last year with Bills, his time to shine was now or never. Luckily for the Tennessee Volunteer he has shined recently.

With an aging Charles Clay losing his step, the Bills will probably need three tight ends on their roster. Must not forget about all the injury concerns with Clay too.

But Clay is the only lock. So, Croom will not only be on the 53, he could also potentially spend a lot of time playing with the first unit.

With Logan Thomas also likely making the 53 based off of this preseason, that leaves Croom room to showcase his talents this regular season.

Croom showed he can be a playmaker at this level and is playing a position the Bills desperately need.

Make room for Croom because he did enough this preseason to be on the final 53 and survive roster cuts.
