Judge is irreplaceable

Since Aaron Judge is too valuable, doing nothing is essentially an option. Now, hear me out. The Yankees will still need to fill his roster spot out but what if they use it to help the pitching or a need elsewhere?

It would not make much sense but maybe giving Stanton, Hicks, and Gardner full-time outfield positions and having other players step up and keep playing well will spark them.

Aaron Boone was brought in to give these guys confidence and not throw them under the bus. What if the Yankees are not panicking and they just keep lineups similar to what they have been and do not do anything crazy or rash.

This is an unlikely and borderline crazy way to approach this but it can work. Boone showing these guys they can accomplish anything and play well without the best player on the team might do wonders for some.

Gary Sanchez got injured earlier and he was replaced but now that he is injured again, the players are used to this happening and understand the impact.

The Yanks will obviously not do literally nothing but keeping a similar core to what they have now and just having someone already here get more reps can be a possibility.

So, losing a player like Aaron Judge is never easy but the Yankees need to get creative and find a body to replace him. They cannot replace his production but can get someone out there.

There are plenty of options and the Yankees have overcome injuries all season long this year, none like this one, but they are still showing resiliency.

There is no doubt that Judge will come back with a vengeance. If the Yankees are even remotely in the division race when he comes back, we will see something special upon his return.

What do you think the Yankees will do to try to replace Judge for the next few weeks? Is it one of these options or do you have something better? This is something that seemed like it would never be thought about.
