Predicting the final record of 2018 for the New York Jets.

2018 is one of the most anticipated New York Jets seasons in quite some time. They finally have a franchise quarterback in Sam Darnold. The entire fan base is ready for 2018. If there was some way to skip to week one immediately, Jets fans would be in. The world is ready to see if finally, after all these years, if the Jets finally have a quarterback for the future. The future is now and Jets fans are ready.

But we can’t skip ahead to week one. We have to linger around in this lull period. OTAs are underway around the league but other than no-shows, these don’t generate a great deal of news for the various teams. We are in a time period where we are just trying to bridge the gap from draft to training camp and to the regular season.

How are we passing the time? Making far too early predictions. We are in the midst of predicting the Jets 2018 record, breaking the season up into four quarters. Our most recent predictions are here and the other two parts are in our archives. So how are the Jets going to finish the year? What will their record be?

Time to get into the final quarter of the season.
