Week Six: vs. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts come to down for the second of three straight home games. Indianapolis makes for an interesting storyline looking no further than the quarterback position. Andrew Luck makes for a topic of discussion. Will he ever play again? If the answer is yes, will he be ready by this week? It’s fair to say that we have no idea at this point. They didn’t add a quarterback in the draft so it’s Luck or it’s Jacoby Brissett.

For the first time in a while, the Colts have started to right the ship with a good draft. Quenton Nelson is a big step towards figuring out how to protect Luck or whomever else is playing quarterback. Kemoko Turay is a tough edge pass rusher and Nyheim Hines is an absolute speedster out of the backfield. The boys from Indy are starting to put their team back together.

The Jets have won three out of the last four matchups between these two teams. Last time they met the Colts blew the Jets out by the score of 41-10, though that was during the 2016 lost season when “Fitzmagic” came crashing down. I am a believer that we will not see Luck on the field on this day or any day ever again. It’s just a hunch that I have. Anyway, the Jets come back from the loss to Denver and get back to .500.

RESULT: WIN
