Cespedes has played only three full seasons plus the end of a season (post-trade deadline) in Queens. Even though injuries got the best of him last season, he has still be an omnipresent force in the lineup and in left field.

Imagine having a ship with three giant cannons. That would scare anyone on the seven seas. Well  that’s what it would be like with this outfield, starting with Cespedes in left field. Even the great speedsters of all-time wouldn’t dare challenge the arm of Cespedes, and that would keep runs off the board. If they did challenge his arm, they’d met at the plate by the catcher with the ball.

In his time patrolling left field for the Mets, he’s only committed seven errors while showing off his dazzling arm. In addition to that, he’s brought it at the dish. He’s hit .278/.343/.535 with 33 extra base hits and 190 RBI since arriving in Queens.

He time may be brief here, and still without a title (so far), but he has made a huge impact in the Big Apple.
