New York Jets 2018 UDFA tracker
Here we track the New York Jets UDFA signings.
The NFL draft may be over but the work of the New York Jets is far from over. Now the feeding frenzy begins. Of course we are talking about the undrafted free agent, or UDFA, signing period. Any player that wasn’t drafted is free to sign with any team they want. It’s fast and it is furious, just like free agency.
Keep in mind it’s not necessarily a group of bottom-feeders that are signed here. Jets fans are familiar with Robby Anderson, the talented but misbehaving wide receiver. He was an undrafted free agent. Wayne Chrebet also went undrafted and he is one of the best receivers ever to wear the green and white. It is possible to find a diamond on the rough after the draft is over.
Let’s get to the signings.

Next: Meet the Jets 2018 draft class
Don’t sleep on any of these players. Just because they weren’t drafted doesn’t mean they have no shot. We talked about undrafted free agent players earlier. Another one? Damon Harrison. Remember that guy? I would say he turned into a pretty good player, wouldn’t you?
As the names get reported we will keep you up to date right here as quickly as we possibly can. They may be the underdogs when camp opens, but if they can open eyes during minicamp, they will get their chance to move up the Jets depth chart at their respective positions.
It wouldn’t hurt if they make a mark on special teams either. Ask Terrell Davis. That’s the quickest way to make a team from out of nowhere.
