We are just over two weeks away from the 2018 NFL Draft, so it’s time for a full 5-round New York Giants NFL mock draft.

The 2018 NFL Draft is getting close! It’ll be here before you know it! NFL mock drafts have been all over the internet for months but things are starting to get serious. Rumors and reports have been swirling around every NFL team and NFL mock draft selections change almost hourly.

Now that the draft is almost here, we will take a crack at a full New York Giants mock draft. Although there are seven rounds in the NFL Draft, the Giants only have selections in the first five rounds, so a five-round mock draft is about as good as we’re going to get for Big Blue.

The New York Giants have plenty of needs, some more pressing than others. They could use a quarterback of the future, added talent at running back, a big-bodied wide receiver, plenty of offensive line help, depth along the defensive line, playmaking linebackers, and depth at cornerback. Obviously, with more than five needs, it’ll be tough to address them all in five rounds. Luckily, the Giants have an extra third-round pick, thanks to the Jason Pierre-Paul trade, which should help them add an immediate contributor.

This is a big draft for general manager Dave Gettleman and head coach Pat Shurmur as it is their first years running the show for Big Blue. They need to decide if they are going to try to win in 2018 or start a rebuild with the future in mind.

So, without further ado, let’s jump into our first full mock draft for the New York Giants!
