Pick Analysis. 13. Mike McGlinchey. 17. player. Scouting Report. OT. Notre Dame

Previous pick: Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame

The Los Angeles Chargers added Mike Pouncey at center in free agency and are hoping Forrest Lamp and Dan Feeney, their 2017 second and third-round picks, respectively, will take major strides and be their starting guards. With the interior of the offensive line in good shape, the Chargers need to improve their tackles. Russell Okung was decent at left tackle last year but is getting older and Joe Barksdale needs to be replaced at right tackle. Mike McGlinchey is an NFL left tackle but could also play right tackle if needed. Adding McGlinchey allows Los Angeles to potentially move some pieces around and improve both tackle spots with one pick.

Pick Analysis. Florida State. 18. Scouting Report. S. Derwin James. player. 36

Previous pick: Connor Williams, OT, Texas

The Seattle Seahawks need to address their offensive line but let’s face it, general manager John Schneider loves to add to his defense. With Seattle’s defense seemingly falling apart, they need to infuse new young talent on that side of the ball. With Kam Chancellor’s neck injury leaving his career in doubt and Earl Thomas potentially on the trading block, a talented young safety could certainly help the Seahawks. Derwin James is one of the most talented prospects in this year’s class and Seattle would be glad to see him fall this far. He’s super athletic and could be used all over the field. With James and Bobby Wagner in place, there will still be hope for the Seahawks defense.

player. Pick Analysis. WR. D.J. Moore. 19. 123. Scouting Report. Maryland

Previous pick: Da’Ron Payne, DT, Alabama

The Dallas Cowboys added Allen Hurns to their receiving corps but Dez Bryant’s long-term future is still uncertain with America’s team. They need to add weapons for Dak Prescott. Dallas’s offensive line isn’t quite what it used to be but with Ezekiel Elliott on the field, the running game is just fine. Tight end Jason Witten is also nearing the end of his NFL career. D.J. Moore has been flying up draft boards after an impressive performance at the NFL Combine and could be the second wide receiver off the board. Moore has the makings of a solid possession receiver and could replace Witten as Dak’s go-to target.

20. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. RB. LSU. Derrius Guice. 50

Previous pick: Derrius Guice, RB, LSU

The Detroit Lions need to bring balance to their offense. Matthew Stafford is great and can really sling it but there are certain games where it looks like his arm is going to fall off. The Lions need to improve their running game. Ameer Abdullah has been decent but doesn’t seem to be the future for Detroit like he was once thought to be. They did bring in LeGarrette Blount in free agency but that was a one-year deal and he’s proven to be a stop-gap option over his career. Adding Derrius Guice could be just what Detroit needs. Although there’s a 16-pick gap in this mock draft, the gap between Saquon Barkley and Guice isn’t that big. Guice is a complete back who will make an immediate impact. He could bring balance to the Lions offense and help get them into the playoffs.
