Part one of the ten plagues the New York Jets endured during the NFL draft over the years.

Once again, Happy Easter to all of our New York Jets fans, and all of our fans wherever you are. Hopefully you all had a great day with family and friends. For those of you that may have been involved with Easter Egg hunts, we hope all of the kids had a great time. If you are still celebrating that other holiday that I continue to celebrate with you, hope you are in the midst of a Happy Passover.

For anyone that isn’t aware, during the Passover tradition known as the Seder, a portion of the ceremony is dedicated to the ten plagues. These are the plagues that were inflicted upon the Pharaoh in order to pressure him into letting the Jews go free. Long story short, they went free but weren’t able to complete their bread baking, so Matzah was born. I am sure the Jewish readers will all have different opinions about consuming that particular product.

The NFL Draft is approximately four weeks away. Jamal Adams, so far, has been one of the better draft picks in recent memory. However, we all know that the Jets have had their problems during the annual selection meeting in the past. They have plagued the team for years. See where I am going? We are going to name the Jets ten plagues from the NFL draft in two parts. These amount to bad draft decisions going forward. In no particular order let’s get to the first five:
