Time to review our latest New York Jets version of our 2018 NFL mock draft.

Time once again for some NFL draft talk. That means we are on to our latest version of the 2018 NFL mock draft, New York Jets style. It is going to be an interesting next few months as we speculate about how this is going to go. Will the Jets solve the quarterback problem this way? Will the Jets finally find an edge rusher or a superstar running back? There are so many different ways that this one can go and Mike Maccagnan had better get it right.

For anyone who hasn’t been following lately, each week our co-expert, Sean Dyer has been putting out a three round Jets mock draft as we look ahead to this upcoming NFL draft. We are up to version number five. Sean will be giving us a version each week leading right up until the draft and the next day, we respond with our thoughts and opinions on each of his choices.

In this version, the Jets have made the dream happen and signed Kirk Cousins. There are many that will be dancing in the streets, including myself. With the signing, the Jets don’t go after a quarterback in this mock draft. Instead, they trade down to the middle of the first round with the Arizona Cardinals. That will be the only spoiler alert, read Sean’s mock linked above. So where do the Jets go? Let’s get into the evaluation.
