The New York Islanders are 61 games down on the 2017-2018 NHL Season. It has been a stressful and wild season thus far. Here are some things to follow for the orange and blue as the season hits its final quarter.

The up and down roller coaster of the hockey season has been mostly full of downs for the New York Islanders and their faithful. The team currently sits just on the outside of the playoff race after 61 games.

The Islanders season has so far been taken over by the new arena deal and the fans’ ability to fund billboards demanding the GM go.

However, hockey is a crazy but difficult sport. The Islanders are right on the cusp of the playoffs but still have way too many things to focus on. The Isles have 21 games lefts to play.

The Isles, for as much as they do wrong, have done some things right.
