Call Josh Ho-Sang up but work on his approach

In the last slide, the idea was to call Ho-Sang up and let him play his game. For this option, it is best to call him up and mess around with him.

Taking a player out of their comfort zone is not ideal. But for whatever reason, the Isles don’t feel Ho-Sang is comfortable in the current lineup.

An idea for the Isles is to call him up and experiment with him to see what else he can do.

He has been sent down to develop his skill and make more room on the big league roster. It is a bit unorthodox but what if they call him up and help him with his skills in the NHL?

It is risky but sending him out to shoot long-range and be ready for more defense may actually work.

Who knows what the Islanders can learn by doing this. Ho-Sang has natural abilities.

Whatever the Isles want to see out of Ho-Sang, call him up and see if he can do it.

This option might be the most far-fetched but it is the best. Ho-Sang is stuck between the main roster and Bridgeport. See what he can do, even if you have to mess around with his abilities a little bit.

There is no point in not trying this. Unless the Isles give up on him completely, this is the only option for Ho-Sang.

Maybe the Islanders can strike gold in a different way with Ho-Sang’s abilities.
