Bold Move No. 3 – Go Get Your Future

The Giants don’t stand back and rest after a fury of trading back for extra income. Instead, they make their move to get a playmaker and still can go after a big bruiser.

Giants trade up with Cincinnati at No. 12 to leapfrog the Cardinals before they can grab their future and the Giants have their choice between Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson. Moving up ten spots outside the top ten costs the Giants very little.

The Giants send the Bengals the No. 22 and 53 overall picks (courtesy of Buffalo) along with a future seventh-round pick in 2019.

The Bengals send the Giants the No. 12 overall pick.

This gives the Bengals the No. 22 overall pick, allowing the Giants to still pick at No. 21 without the fear of the Bengals taking their favored offensive lineman.
