There’s no better time of the year than NFL mock draft season! Let’s take a look at how the first three rounds could play out for the New York Giants.

It’s time for NFL mock drafts to sweep the internet! We are still about three months away from the actual NFL Draft and a month and a half away from the NFL Combine. However, NFL mock draft season is upon us and quite honestly, I couldn’t be more excited.

These pretend drafts are very rarely correct, especially ones in January. However, they give fans a chance to learn about different prospects they may not have heard of before. It also gives fans a chance to see which prospects are expected to get drafted before their team picks and which prospects are expected to be on the board when it’s their team’s turn.

This will certainly be the first of many New York Giants mock drafts from me as we get closer and closer to the real thing on April 26.

With each NFL mock draft, I will use different strategies. No two will be the same. Some will be entirely offensive and others entirely defensive. I will also switch up which website’s prospect rankings I use. And eventually, I will integrate trades (because the likelihood of getting these predictions right wasn’t low enough already).

For my first NFL mock draft today, I used CBS Sports prospect rankings. I didn’t dive into making up trades yet. And the focus is on the New York Giants offense, the side of the ball with more holes to fill.

So without further ado, here is my first three-round NFL mock draft for the New York Giants!
