Justin Pugh was one of the few picks that Reese got right in the middle of his tenure. An unheralded offensive tackle out of Syracuse, Pugh lived up to his first-round selection despite widely being considered a reach in the first frame of the draft. Pugh earned a spot on theNFL All-Rookie teamand showed excellent versatility along the offensive line, splitting time at both right tackle and left guard in his five years in the league.
